Chicago Reader: Eleanor's Very Merry Christmas Wish
Denise McGowan Tracy's family holiday musical, which premiered live last year, returns in a streaming archived performance. Based on Tracy's book of the same title, the musical follows Eleanor, a rag doll at the North Pole who hopes to find a child to love her. Box sets with additional goodies, such as a copy of the book, games, and ornaments, are available for purchase for $45-$60, and Gene & Georgetti offers special family dinner packages to enjoy with the show Tue-Sun 5-7 PM.
